We've walked that path ourselves. Shane spent years buried in repetitive podcast production work before building AI systems that gave him his time back. Sara brought her Master's in Organizational Leadership to organizations across industries—finding inefficiencies and helping teams actually adopt new ways of working. She's the one who makes change stick, whether that's financial systems, project management, or getting skeptical teams to embrace new tools.
