Accessibility Statement

Margin Consulting is committed to making marginai.consulting usable for the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility the same way we treat the rest of our work: it is built in, not bolted on.

Our standard

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That means our site is designed to be:

• Perceivable: text alternatives for images, captions where needed, sufficient color contrast
• Operable: full keyboard navigation, 44-pixel minimum touch targets, no time-limited content
• Understandable: plain language, predictable navigation, clear form labels and error messages
• Robust: semantic HTML, valid markup, proper ARIA attributes where needed

What we have built in

• Skip-to-content link and semantic landmark structure
• Visible focus indicators on every interactive element
• aria-current on the active navigation item
• aria-live regions on form success and error messages
• Alternative text on every meaningful image
• Self-hosted system fonts with reasonable line height and spacing
• Color choices that meet AA contrast on body and interactive text

Known gaps

We are honest about where we are not yet perfect:

• The Cal.com booking embed on /book is a third-party iframe. Cal.com publishes its own accessibility commitment, and we monitor it, but we do not control its internal markup. The fallback link below the embed provides a direct path to Cal.com if the embed does not work for you.
• Some marketing imagery uses decorative motion (gentle fade-in on scroll). It honors the prefers-reduced-motion setting in your browser or OS.

Tell us when we get it wrong

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, please email hello@marginai.consulting with the subject line "Accessibility" and a short description of what you were trying to do, what page you were on, and what assistive technology you were using. We commit to:

• Respond within 5 business days
• Tell you what we found and when we can fix it
• Provide the content or information you needed by an alternative method while we fix the underlying issue

Engagements with accessibility requirements

If your organization has specific accessibility requirements (Section 508, state procurement standards, WCAG 2.1 AAA), tell us during discovery. We document accessibility commitments in the Statement of Work for every engagement that needs them.
