Who we are

This site is operated by Margin Consulting, an Indiana business based in Wabash. You can reach us at hello@marginai.consulting.

What this site is

An informational marketing site for our consulting services. It explains what we do, who we are, and how to start a conversation. It is not a contract. Engagements begin with a signed Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement, which always control over anything you read here.

The ROI calculator

The ROI calculator is a directional estimate based on the numbers you enter. It is not a quote, not a guarantee, and not financial advice. Real savings depend on the actual scope of work and your operating reality. We commit to real numbers in writing during your assessment, not before.

Our content

Everything on this site (text, design, code, photos, methodology references) is ours. You can read it, link to it, and quote short passages with attribution. You cannot republish substantial portions or use any of it to train an AI model without our written permission.

Your content

If you send us a message through the contact form, calculator, or any other channel, you confirm it is yours to send and we can use it to respond to you. We treat your message as confidential business communication. See the Privacy Policy for how we store it.

Third-party tools

We use Cal.com for scheduling, Plausible for analytics, and n8n for workflow automation. Each is governed by its own terms. We pick vendors carefully but we are not responsible for their service.

No warranty

This site is provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that every page is current, every link works, or the site will never go down. Use your judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Margin Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. If you become a client, separate terms in your engagement agreement govern liability for the work we deliver.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
