Privacy Policy

Margin Consulting (Margin, we, our) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through marginai.consulting, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If you have a question that this page does not answer, email hello@marginai.consulting and a real person will reply.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. There are four ways that happens:

• Contact form (on /contact): name, email, company, the message you write, optional urgency and how-you-heard-about-us fields.
• ROI Calculator (on /resources/calculator and the homepage): your email if you ask for the savings report, plus the numbers you enter (hours per week, hourly rate, employees).
• Exit-intent form: your email if you opt in to the guide before leaving the site.
• Analytics: anonymous, cookieless visit data through Plausible (no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers).

Why we collect it

To respond to you, send what you asked for, and improve the site. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketing partners. We do not run ad pixels on this site.

Where it goes

Form submissions flow from this site to an n8n workflow we operate, then into our CRM (Monday.com) so we do not lose your message. Both services are SOC 2 vendors operating under their own data processing terms. We retain submissions for 24 months by default, longer only if you become a client.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Show you what we have on file about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete it all
• Stop emailing you

Email hello@marginai.consulting with the subject line "Privacy request" and we will handle it within 30 days. Indiana, California (CCPA), and EU (GDPR) residents have additional rights under their local laws and we honor those regardless of where you live.

Cookies and tracking

We use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any cross-site tracker. The only cookies this site sets are technical ones required for forms and the Cal.com booking embed to function.

Children

This site is built for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the "last updated" date at the top and post a notice on the homepage for 30 days.
